A Note About Riding Stable Road

From the time that you turn off Highway #17 onto Riding Stable Road to the time that you arrive at the entrance gate to Jewel Lake Wilderness you will travel exactly 6.3 km. Drive the road slowly as it is a rural road. After 6.3 km you will notice a driveway entrance to the right. Appearing about 5 metres from the road you will see the JLW sign (see image above). The drive from this point to the JLW campsite is 1.5 kilometres in from the road.
